Let Your Light Shine! Pride Ecumenical Service at St. Mary’s

Join Christians for Equality at an Ecumenical Celebratory Service for Pride… Be Seen, Be Heard, Be Pride! All are welcome, and all means all!!! All ages, too!

Originally formed in support of the Anchorage Equal Rights Initiative (Proposition 5) in December 2011, Christians for Equality is comprised of faith leaders, lay and ordained, from a variety of different denominations and faith communities united in the conviction that no one should be discriminated against in employment, housing, or public accommodations simply because they are gay or transgender. “Bully” screening at the Bear Tooth

Bully examines the dire consequences of bullying through the stories of five students who face bullying on a daily basis. Bully follows the students and their families over the course of a school year, with an intimate glimpse into homes, classrooms, cafeterias and principals’ offices.
