Come to Arctic Heat, Alaska’s Bear & Leather weekend, this Friday through Sunday at The Raven and Mad Myrna’s! Winners of the titles Mr. Alaska Bear, Alaska Bear Cub, Mr. Alaska Leather, and Ms. Alaska Leather will represent their titles during a two-year of reign, and my travel, speak, participate, and assist in local club fundraising.

Arctic Heat is sponsored by the The Last Frontier Men’s Club (TLFMC). Established in 1993, TLFMC is a nonprofit social club which provides bears, leathermen, cowboys, and other masculine Alaskan gay and bisexual men and their admirers with the opportunity to meet and enjoy time together in a variety of environments and social situations.TLFMC also works closely with other gay organizations and helps support groups such as the Alaskan AIDS Assistance Association, Standing Together Against Rape (STAR), Providence Outreach, The Children’s Burn Unit, and other nonprofit organizations.  Learn more about TLFMC and Arctic Heat at the Arctic Heat Facebook events page or the TLFMC website or Facebook page.
